Which VAT rates can I apply?
Applicable rates are set by your country's legislation. You will find them in Paramètres (settings), Facturation tab.

Its status (applied or not) and amount are shown in Paramètres, Facturation tab; they follow your country's legislation.
Issue a compliant invoice (VAT and tax stamp) Who pays the 2 DT daily levy?
Your agency declares and pays it to the Treasury every month, like VAT; the Ministry of Finance states that it is borne by the customer. Autoria adds it to your quotes, contracts and invoices, and the statement to declare is exported from Paramètres, Facturation tab, Prélèvements journaliers block.

In Paramètres, Agence tab. It is then printed on all your invoices.

Why is a feature locked?
It is not included in your current plan. The lock opens the plans that include it and lets you request a plan change.
How do I change plan?
Go to Paramètres, Abonnement tab, then choose the plan you want.
My agency is suspended, what should I do?
Contact support from the help center: a team member will tell you how to reactivate your account.
Roles & access
Why can't I see some pages?
The pages you see depend on your role in the team. An agency manager or administrator can change roles from Paramètres, Équipe tab.
Invite a team member and choose their role How do I invite a team member?
In Paramètres, Équipe tab, click Inviter un membre, enter their email and choose their role. They receive a link to create their account.

Check your spam folder, then ask a manager to resend the invitation from Paramètres, Équipe tab.
Invite a team member and choose their role How do I remove a former employee's access?
In Paramètres, Équipe tab, deactivate the member (they can no longer log in) or delete them permanently.
